You’ll notice there are various types of different maca, I specifically use the “Maca Monster Dehydrated Maca Juice Powder” It is extremely potent therefore you dont need much of it per dose, but if you havent been taking Maca for too long or just arent sure if youve had decent quality Maca I would recommend just getting their regular “Organic Peruvian Maca Root Powder”.. Ive tried both and the regular is awesome quality, I just prefer the Maca monster dehydrated Juice powder, I will ad though, The Maca monster dehydrated Juice powder is very expensive because of how its made.. There is tons of info on that website as well as other products, but I just stick with the Maca.. You can read about alot of the different Maca’s there and they even go in depth into how exactly the maca monster is prepared, its pretty cool! But i’d just stick with the regular Organic maca root, its 100% Raw Fresh Organic Maca root Powder!
