You need to get your facts straight before you post. It is absolutely critical that you take only gelatinized (sun-cooked) maca powder. NEVER EAT RAW MACA! Raw can cause massive disruptions in digestive functions, cramping, headaches, nausea, and many other negative symptoms. If you go to the link YOU posted, it talks about gelatinized maca, NOT RAW. Please please please be careful not to post misinformation about powerful products like maca when the results could be very catastrophic for people who have borderline health already. Thanks.
