What about using the extract. I just got a bottle of it the other day. It says to use 30-50 drops a day. I only used 25 just to start my self out. I was just wanting to know if there is a difference in taking a supplement in powder, capsule or extract form, and which would actually if not work better at least be the right choice for me. I suffer from pcos, I read that maca root is a natural way to help with it. Just everything I read no one is taking the extract, just the powder and capsules. I just started today so I wouldnt have any side effects like others do. But like I said If you or any one had any info on what is the best what to actually take a supplement for pcos I would love a comment. Thanks
